Located along Ajmer Road in Balmukundpura, NITAL at Vatika is a contemporary residential enclave designed to bring together functionality and interaction within its landscape. The design responds to the linear geometry of the built form through a composition of curved edges and strong axes that guide movement and rhythm across the site. With separate pedestrian and vehicular routes, the landscape ensures comfort, safety, and accessibility while maintaining a distinct identity for both commercial and residential zones. Varied paving textures, accent detailing at entry points, and layered planting create moments of transition and discovery throughout the campus. The landscape balances openness and enclosure—inviting residents to pause, connect, and engage with their surroundings. Defined by its seamless blend of forms, materials, and patterns, the project stands as a testament to refined urban living, connecting architecture, nature, and people with subtle elegance.
